Jan Franciszek Gajewski – attorney, partner and founder of the law offices, specialist in civil, commercial and economic law. His interests also include European Union law. Lecturer and researcher at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. Graduate of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, holder of scholarship from Oxford University. Has participated in numerous conferences, seminars and training programmes in capital investments. Member of Supervisory Boards, as well as former member of Management Boards of commercial law companies dealing with real estate market, and e-commerce and new technologies sectors. Has extensive experience as a liquidator and liquidation advisor. Fluent in English and speaks Russian to a conversational level.

Marta Trawczyńska – attorney, partner and founder of the law offices, specialises in civil, labour and family law cases. Graduate of University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. Still as a student, completed numerous internships, e.g. in the Chancellery of the Polish Senate and in the Office of the Committee for European Integration. Later on, associated with 9 Gough Square Barristers’ Chambers in London. During her training contract, she was employed in law offices specialising in civil and family law. Has considerable experience in  preparing legal audits of State Treasury companies undergoing privatisation. Fluent in spoken and written English.

Marcin Szewczyk – attorney, partner and founder of the law offices, handles cases in the area of criminal, criminal & economic, criminal & fiscal, and administrative law. Graduate of Jagiellonian University in Cracow and Australian Institute of Commerce. Has gained prior professional experience both in Poland and abroad. Served, inter alia, as a court assistant in the Supreme Court for the New South Wales in Australia. After starting his training contract, associated with law offices specialising primarily in criminal cases. Has extensive experience in arguing cases before courts and public authorities. Fluent in English and speaks German to a conversational level.
